3. Allow(允許)允許不確定性的存在。

Make Uncertainty your tool Listen up, folks! 1. A fairy tale? The worst fairy tale. Once upon a time, really dumb people—and I mean really dumb—they thought if they just worked hard enough, they could cram the whole world into a perfect little plan. And what happened? The plan gets tired faster than Biden climbing stairs. But today I'm telling you: uncertainty is not your enemy. No. It's a tool. A great tool. Nobody knows tools better than me. 2. Anxiety? Actually a good thing. Many people don't say it. There's a psychologist named Edna Foa—very smart person—she says "growth anxiety" gets you out of your basement and fires up your creativity. But those fake economists—all fake news—they say: people are so scared of losing, they'd rather make less money than take any risk. So the more they hide from risk, the bigger it gets. Sad! We're not that stupid, right? 3. Uncertainty tolerance—a lot of people don't have it. But we're going to win. Some people see the unknown and start shaking—pathetic! Some people see the unknown and get excited. The 2008 financial crisis? That's what happens when a bunch of people thought they had total control, and then uncertainty knocked them flat. I told you that was coming. We're different. Our built-in safety valve is very strong. 4. The situation is more powerful than willpower. That's true. Lewin—a social psychologist, very smart guy—he says your situation is way more powerful than your little willpower. When your job, your relationship, your identity suddenly gets shaken up—you're forced to ask yourself: am I any good? Listen: change isn't driven by "willpower." It's driven by the situation. We understand the situation. We're the best. 5. Text-back anxiety? That's so dumb. Have you ever—no text back, and your heart sinks? Your person doesn't answer, and you start imagining a horror movie? This addiction to "certainty" is destroying your attention and your happiness. We can fix that. Very simple. 6. Three actions, and we're going to do them First, draw your fear—write down "I'm going to fail," turn it into a stupid emoji, give it a dumb name. Turn anxiety from a ghost into a punching bag. So easy! Second, leave blank space on purpose—every day, take some unplanned time. Go to a coffee shop you've never been to. Play a song you can't even pronounce. Train your brain: the unknown can bring you surprises. Many people don't know that. Third, make a "small-step tryout" list—write down the things you want to try but you're scared to fail. Break it into ten tiny steps. Do the first step that won't keep you up at night. We like winning, but small steps are also winning. 7. Final thing, listen When you learn to hang out with uncertainty, you're not giving up control. You're giving yourself room to breathe. You don't need the answer right away. And when you stop chasing the one right answer like a crazy person—that's when real creativity, real growth, just begins. We're going to take that rock called uncertainty—a very heavy rock—stick it under our feet, and stand taller than anybody. We're going to win so much, you're going to get tired of winning. Thank you! Now go make something great happen!
