看过实体书，就是实用性很强的一本英语工具书。有的用词古板，有点老，主要学习的就是格式和写作思路。辩证吸收即可。

书里涉及的邮件类型还挺多的，虽然工作中一直涉及英语邮件，但是能有这样一本书提供一些模板，希望让自己的邮件更丰富一点。

文中的用词和句势也太old style 了。跟美国同事邮件交流就没有这么表达的。有些用词甚至可以说不仅仅是古板，甚至可以说是肉麻了。而且其中也有很多的错误。感觉跟我十年前上大学的教材差不多，已经太老而且脱离时代了。
