木偶奇遇記（英文版）

這是我第一次完整讀完一本英語名著，雖然它是一本兒童讀物，但立意確實還比較深刻。 建議有一點英語基礎的朋友可以試試，讀英文的感覺很不一樣，一旦讀進去了，你會感覺到毫無障礙，並被其不同的韻律帶入進去，有一種通暢的快感。

英文版文辭簡潔優美，插畫精良，想象力豐富，雖然不乏說教和恐嚇，但是把社會的黑暗面用寓言的形式描述出來，還是挺有創意的。ps. 不過不是這個版本的，微信閱讀沒找到那個版本，在圖書館借閱的。pps. 雖然是童書，但是還是有不少高級詞彙

一個孩子的成長曆程，雖然是寓言故事，但是對成人依然有教育啓發意義。 勤奮，誠實，守信，善待家人，都應該是每個人應有的品質。

《木偶奇遇記》第一本英文原版書終於讀完，生詞不算多，值得再讀2遍，二遍聽讀。 其作品意義也很深，鼓勵誠實、走正道，讀書，用勞動掙錢等。是非常優秀的兒童文學作品。值得一讀。

Pinocchio was a marionette crafted from a piece of firewood. He is naughty and innocent about the world, making a lot of mistakes and getting into various troubles. In the process he aquired valuable lessons about famiy, friendship, trust and courage, as well as the significance of work and study. Eventually he grew into a real boy. His transformation was a testament to the power of learning, hard work and personal growth. If I have to say, the only thing that I believe this book needs some refinement is to minimize the explicitly boy-centric gender context when delivering its profound message that is considered to be universally applied regardless of gender, age or races. The reason I'm highlighting this is that in the process of reading this books, I have frequently noticed some gender-specific descriptions in those classic meaningful lines which is also what I mostly cherish about this book even as an adult reader. By making these adjustments, I'm confident that this adventure book can potentially break down certain gender stereotypes or clear up any misunderstandings, encouraging more children of all genders to be emotionally connected with the stories and find resonance with their own life experiences.

終於有一本看得懂的英語原版書，看着看着覺得這本書內容有點嚇人，咬耳朵那裏嚇我一身疙瘩。 雖然是兒童文學，但是我們身上多少都有匹諾曹的缺點，只是故事裏把內容寫得誇張一點。都是不聽勸告一意孤行摔了跟頭後就後悔，早知道好好努力學習，就不會上當受騙。但是下一次遇到誘惑，又一頭栽進去。 變驢那裏不就是園區嗎？好傢伙，緬北那羣人原來是從匹諾曹找到發財之道。 He took them with him to the Land of Toys and let them enjoy themselves to their heart's content. In a few years, he had become a millionaire. “Do you think, perhaps, my little Donkey, that I have brought you here only to give you food and drink? Oh, no! The only word I want to talk about the book is 'Brilliant'. When I first heard 'Pinocchio' from a girl--I called her 'two mouths'--I asked her stupidly:'Who is Pinocchio?'with a naive look.Now everything has gone with the wind,I just want to tell myself then'How silly you are!'
