2023-01-05 讀這本書有三個好處：其一，是加國本地人寫的，更帶本地的特色，方便我們切換視角理解；其二，是用純英文寫的，有些文化無法翻譯，還是看英文版更佳，將來用起來也方便；其三，是有整體感覺的，這是書本的好處，雖然比不上網絡鋪天蓋地的信息轟炸，但是主題鮮明，整體都在圍繞加國的方方面面書寫，讓人小投入高回報。ps：1.章節習題的想法不錯，出得簡單最好，不然讀者可沒心情做題，但答案有兩處錯誤，一個填土著人食物表格，一個家裏種樹的單選，新版可以更新一下；2.會繼續讀《O, Canada!》，副標題“150 unforgettable stories from 1867 to 2017”；3.瞭解一個國家的歷史、地理、文化、科技、政治、社會等各個大類，有助於我們把握她的走勢，並做出有利於自己發展的選擇。
系列書都不錯，用詞相對簡單，易懂。
