The more bitterness the sarcasm is of, the more responsible the author is of making known the follies and vices of humankind, in hope of correcting or extricating them by degrees. The last point, the author Swift is an advocate of liberty and fraternity, but a staunch opposer of colonism.
Actually, I failed to understand what the real thought was conveyed by the author, but a feeling of being wired, too much. On the other hand, that may be the true meaning of the author, to satirize and criticize…
Such a masterpiece that is so much more than just a “book of travels” as the Author modestly claimed it to be. It is full of imagination, adventure, political thoughts and philosophical wisdoms... 絕不僅僅只是一本“遊記”那麼簡單，儘管作者謙虛地如此稱呼它。這是一部充滿想象、冒險、政治思考和哲學智慧的真正的大師之作！
因爲要寫論文才看就太痛苦了，雖然故事還是很經典很有趣的。
It took me nearly a year to finish reading the book. From the radiant summer of 2021 to the bleak spring of 2022, time is always desperate.
本書難就難在，裏面的詞語和短語很多都是古今異義，哪怕是認識的單詞，你也不一定能真正明白它的意思，並不是適合初學者的讀本，還是雙語好啊。
