The Hobbit 霍比特人（英文版）

之前尝试过看中文版，但不知为何觉得很冗长，也很难读懂精灵和矮人的歌词中的味道，特别影响阅读速度。没想到英文版读起来特别顺，一点也不觉得累。因为先看过了电影，所以还能对应着情节想起电影里演绎的画面，也很有趣。五军之战的高潮，索林离世，虽然早就知道结局，却还是意外地哭成了傻子。而一切归于风平浪静之后，那漫漫归乡路又是另一种感动。回首向来萧瑟处，勾起的却是和伙伴一起冒险的记忆，甚至连争吵的回忆也变得更加可亲了些。There and back again.要是能像Bilbo一样来一场这样的冒险，真的够吹一辈子。此生足矣。

Bilbo和矮人们的冒险故事，相比《魔戒》更像是少儿读物，非常有趣的冒险，很多小情节（石化的巨魔、短剑Sting、秘银锁子甲等等）都和后来的魔戒呼应上了。看完更喜欢Bilbo了，聪明、善良、勇敢又能抵挡诱惑的小霍比特人

奇幻的中土世界，越到后面越精彩意外不断又都在情理之中。bilbo这个了不起的小可爱，就是我想成为的人啊，平庸地享受着田园诗般的生活，又在需要时充满勇气和智慧
