The Happy Prince

The prince distributes those precious stones (ruby on his sword and his eyes made of sapphire), and the gold covering his body to a lot of poor people who are suffering. Little by little, he gives away everything valuable he has, and his companion, the swallow dies from extremely cold. Eventually, they are discarded. So I think we need to find a balance between helping the others and taking care of ourselves. We should help other people, but not at the expense of our own well-bing. Cuz taking care of ourselves should be a priority, fr. Everyone has their own path in life.
