it's a combination of two stories,one about the death of Karmen who never succumbs to her undercover lover with whose perverted and exclusive obsession she doesn't any longer put up,a faithful man unsuitably tangles with a free and unrestrained soul,a tragedy of French style.anyhow i prefer another classic female character Colomba,who is valiant provident and sensible,full of the ability to execute,the only thing i feel sorry is the vengeance that she doesn't commit in person...
