贴耳豆：零起点耳穴使用教程

Three-Character Classic of Auricular Points I. General Principle Auricular point therapy is simple and clear; methods vary, from shallow to deep. First differentiate syndromes, then select points; master it fully, effects are divine. II. Proximal Selection Select nearby points, close to the site; where the disease lies, points connect. For scapulohumeral periarthritis, choose Shoulder first; for knee pain, use Knee point. III. Meridian Selection Select points along the affected meridian; which meridian is diseased, the ear point responds. Severe toothache: Stomach, Large Intestine; insomnia: Heart, Shenmen for calm. IV. Western Diagnosis Differentiate by Western disease names; hypertension: Hypertension Trough. Gastritis: Stomach, Sympathetic; asthma attack: Lung, Kidney enough. XII. Kidney-deficiency backache: Kidney, Lumbosacral; eight principles guide individual care. XIII. Ear-Body Acupuncture Combine ear and body acupuncture; Zusanli matches Stomach point. 本书主要介绍了贴耳豆的适应证及选穴、操作方法，选取近百种常见且贴耳豆治疗效果显著的疾病，每种疾病配一副彩色耳穴图，标明所选穴位，做到一病一图，即看即用。后附说明文字及一张全彩铜版纸印刷的耳穴速查一图通。

传统的耳穴使用非常复杂，不容易记忆，也不方便选用，不如八卦耳疗或者干支耳穴来的灵活巧妙。

后面的穴位图有点意义，前面的疾病都没有辨证

原来耳朵也可以有治疗作用！造物之神奇！

讲解的很简单，对于纯小白来说可以快速上手，但根据图片贴豆还是有点差异，看得不是太清楚。缺少对于原理的讲解，一病一贴是针对通用治疗的，各人的症状和反应区或许有一定差异性

本书作为基础看图说话操作还是很方便的，但是缺少具体后续疾病变化操作，不过有图示和耳穴说明以及疾病对应耳穴治疗说明还是比较好的，是很简单，具体如果记忆的话还是要有更专业易懂多书籍。

北京中医药大学睢教授著作，靠谱，且简洁明了易于操作，适合零起点耳穴操作者。

蛮好，和教材相比更通俗易懂。照葫芦画瓢就行，蛮便捷的。

深入浅出，简单易学，实为初学者不可缺的一本书。
